Acre and Nationwide have partnered to allow brokers to secure one-click decision-in-principle mortgage applications.
Any Acre broker can connect with Nationwide via application programming interfaces which it said will save up to 45 minutes per case.
Additionally, Acre’s “faster, more accurate facts find” combines credit and property data with customer information.
This means Nationwide’s residential cases can be submitted electronically in one click.
Acre founder and CEO, Justus Brown, said: “We are constantly evolving the platform’s tech to help brokers work smarter and faster to deliver better outcomes for clients.”
Brown said the partnership with Nationwide will make the task of finding and securing the best product less time consuming and will have mortgages agreed “at the push of a button”.
The partnership will also see Acre and Nationwide collaborate to bring new features to the intermediary platform such as full mortgage application submission, document upload and case tracking all via APIs.
This will support greater client experiences and faster case applications.
Nationwide Building Society intermediary digital relationships, Andy Tilsley, said: “New tech integrations, like this one with Acre, makes it easier for brokers to do business with us and improves the service overall.
“Acre’s proposition means brokers are assured they have all the right information in one place to ensure a smoother mortgage process with us and get to a decision-in-principle quicker than ever before.”
